Day 1 of 7. Window closes Thursday June 25, 7 PM ET.
If you have a Triad 750 model year between 2021 and 2024, your vehicle has a Smart-BMS touchscreen battery. The pack that has the LCD screen with three pages of information on the front. The one that monitors every cell, balances the charge, intercepts overcharge attempts, and tells the rest of the vehicle when something is off.
We are accepting **40 of those batteries** for the BMS Restore Service. First come, first served. The intake window closes Thursday, **June 25 at 7:00 PM ET (4:00 PM PT)**, and after that the technician trained on this specific pack moves to the Generation 7 US-manufactured build. This service ends with this window concludes support for this battery pack.
What this service is for
The BMS Restore Service brings the pack back into spec. The technician opens the case, reads the Smart-BMS log (every charge cycle since the pack was first turned on), works around any BMS lockout, manually rebalances each cell group, resets the parameters that drifted during the undervoltage period, runs a full charge / discharge cycle on the bench to confirm the pack holds, and ships it back. You keep your original pack. Same battery, same body, same touchscreen. 19 of 20 Triad batteries we have serviced this way recover to excellent condition for continued use of safe operation extending 2-3 more years when properly maintained.
The price is $458 retail or $389.30 by Zelle (saving $68.70 via the bank-to-bank discount). Both prices include shipping the pack to us, the diagnostic, the service, and shipping it back. LIMITED TIME ORDER NOW HERE
Why this is the last window
Replacement battery orders from China are now closed.
US trade policy on tariffs keeps shifting, the cost of rare-earth materials has climbed, and the price of the battery cells themselves has risen with it. Combined with freight and battery wholesale increases, landed cost on a replacement pack is up 161% since the first quarter of 2025 -- 2.61 times what it was. That math does not support a customer price anymore. We are not taking new replacement battery orders and we will not promise one.
What remains is the pack you already own. The BMS Restore Service is the only path to keep it running, and the technician is on the bench June 25. After July 10 the technician moves to the Generation 7 build. Generation 7 is a different vehicle, a different battery, a different supply chain -- the **December 2026 preorder window** is when that opens.
So the choice in front of every 2021-2024 owner is straightforward:
Service the pack you have this now -- to carry your vehicle through the next two years
Or wait for Generation 7 in December 2026, which is when the preorder window opens for a full new vehicle purchase

This is not only for a dead battery
Two things often get confused. Restore is not just for batteries that have stopped working. The pack quietly loses range and charge speed long before anything shows on the screen. Inconsistent charging, heat, cold, long stretches of dormancy, heavy loads at full weight capacity, vibration, and repeated partial charges all add up over two years of riding. The cells drift. The BMS parameters wander. The pack is still running, but not at the spec it shipped at.
The service resets all of it and confirms the pack is performing at its best -- the same reason you change the oil or restart the router before there is a problem. A dead pack is just the most urgent version of the same job.

For owners already waiting on a battery or vehicle order
You have not been forgotten. If you ordered before June 15, your unit is finished, packaged, with the 3rd party shipper and queued to ship. The bottleneck is not production. It is US China customs clearance bottlenecks we have no control over, and we can not commit to a date since neither the US or China side has agreed to anything about dual use strategic materials shipments.
The moment your shipment clears, you receive a tracking email directly from the shipping agents who are in control of the shipment.
